Sexual and Reproductive Health, Rights, and Mental Wellbeing
Access to sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) and mental wellbeing is essential for empowering young people especially girls and young women. Yet across Ghana, stigma, limited services, and lack of education prevent many from making informed decisions about their health, bodies, and futures.
GRAYNETWORK is changing this through an inclusive, youth-centered approach that provides accurate information, accessible services, and supportive environments for young people to thrive. We prioritize those often left behind girls, adolescents, and youth from marginalized communities ensuring their voices shape health, dignity, and rights conversations. Our strategies include peer education, youth-led outreach, safe spaces for open dialogue, menstrual hygiene education and support, HPV vaccination promotion, mental health education, and psychosocial support. We also work to challenge harmful gender norms and strengthen health systems to provide inclusive, youth-friendly, and gender-responsive care.
