At GRAY Network, we believe marginalized and underserved youth deserve the skills, confidence, and opportunities to lead, earn, and influence change. True development happens when youth shape their own futures, contribute to their communities, and participate in decision-making. We build youth economic and leadership capacity through training, access to finance, mentorship, advocacy, and strategic partnerships. Special focus is placed on girls and young women, promoting their participation in STEM and TVET to bridge gender gaps in high-demand sectors. Our programs equip youth with practical skills, support for enterprises, civic education, and leadership training that foster active citizenship. Linked to Strategic Objective 5, these opportunities tackle the root economic and social drivers of unsafe migration and instability.
