Star Ghana Foundation partnered with the Gender and Reproductive Health Advocacy Youth Network (GRAY Network) to implement the Civil Society Strengthening Programme – Shift the Power (CSSP-StP) Catalyst Fund Project. The initiative aimed to strengthen organizations to become more effective in delivering their mandate and equip them to compete with more established CSOs for the Civil Society Strengthening Fund component of the Shift the Power project. The project was funded by Star Ghana Foundation.

GRAY Network conducted a two-day training on Human Resource Management for members. Participants were also taken through office management processes and procedures, with a focus on effective human management practices.
