Our Goals and Direction

In many parts of Ghana, young people and women face barriers to health, education, work, and decision-making. GRAY believes that when these groups are empowered, Ghana as a whole becomes stronger, more equal, and more resilient GRAY works with local communities, development partners, and public institutions to improve access to sexual and reproductive health, promote economic independence, and increase civic engagement especially in hard-to-reach and underserved districts.

We support young people and women across Ghana to take control of their health, income, and voice by connecting them to essential services, skills, and leadership spaces.
