Annie Marvelous Doe Mensah is the Executive Director and co-founder of GrayNetwork, a nonprofit organization advancing a just and thriving Ghana where young people and women lead change, earn a living, and live with dignity. Since its inception in 2017, Annie has led the organization with passion, accountability, and a deep commitment to community empowerment.

With over a decade of experience in finance and strategic planning—most notably at UMB Investment Holdings Limited—Annie brings a strong foundation of operational excellence, resource management, and impact-driven leadership to the nonprofit space. Her background managing multimillion-cedi portfolios and implementing high-level investment strategies informs her structured, transparent approach to social change.

At GrayNetwork, Annie ensures that every program reflects the organization’s core values of inclusivity, accountability, partnerships, volunteerism, and ecological justice. She champions inclusive spaces for marginalized voices, fosters collaborative partnerships with civil society and government, and leads a passionate team of changemakers—many of whom serve as volunteers committed to shared purpose. Under her leadership, GrayNetwork continues to deliver practical solutions in health, education, and economic empowerment, while also promoting environmental sustainability across rural and urban communities.

Annie holds a BSc in Accounting & Information Systems, an MBA from the University of Ghana, and is currently advancing through the Chartered Accountancy qualification. Her leadership has earned her academic accolades and community recognition, but her greatest pride lies in helping others rise. She believes lasting change is built on integrity, opportunity, and the collective power of communities.
